Domestic orders are shipped USPS, FedEx ground or UPS Ground. Most orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days. Deliveries to the Continential US is generally, 5 to 7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipping will be limited to Canada only. Any orders placed form other countries will be refunded without be filled unless the buyer is willing to pay the shipping cost that will be quoted via email.

Standard Shipping Rate of $7.95 -$15 per Item (domestically). For large orders we will pass on to you any reduced shipping rate that we achieve.

Returned merchandise must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached (Please do not fold the backpacks when returning). Upon receipt and verification of condition, you will receive a, prompt refund for the price of the merchandise and taxes less shipping charges or a replacement if you choose.
